The Hartland Public Library welcomes local author, Erik Richter. His historical mystery novel, "The Portrait of Eloise Leclair," is featured in our Adult Summer Reading Program book list, and we are honored to host a reading and Q&A session with Mr. Richter. Inspired by true events, this dual-timeline novel follows a modern-day Paris art restorer whose discovery of a seemingly ordinary heirloom unravels secrets concealed during Nazi-occupied France. Join us to hear more about this book and Mr. Richter's writing journey.
Registration is encouraged, but not required.
