Event Details
A Memory Café is an informal social gathering for those living with early-stage memory loss and their care partner. Please see our website at librarymemoryproject.org for more information.
Need something warm and fuzzy to help beat the Winter blues? Volunteer Ann, from Alliance of Therapy Dogs, will be bringing Frankie, her therapy dog, to the Library for a memory café focused on our beloved pets. Ann will explain the differences between service dogs, therapy dogs, and emotional support dogs and share some stories about the impact Frankie and her former therapy dog, Gracie, have had on children and adults.
Registration encouraged. Register at https://memoryproject.librarycalendar.com/event/memory-cafe-therapy-dog-418.
