Event Details
A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition. Receive information about Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and learn about brain health and available resources. Jennifer Harders, a Dementia Care Specialist from ADRC, will be here to provide a free confidential screening.
Please call Jennifer at 262-548-7650 to set up an appointment (30 minutes). Screens will be provided by appointment only, based on availability.
